Visits can be an hour a week or several times a day. We start with what you actually need and change it whenever that changes.
Regular visits for conversation, company and reassurance — including sitting with someone so a family carer can take a break.
Light housework, laundry, changing bedding, meal preparation and help with the weekly shop.
Accompanying you to GP, hospital and clinic appointments, helping you prepare and remember what was said.
A regular eye on how someone is doing — eating, sleeping, mood and mobility — and a call to the family if something changes.
Gentle relaxation massage for tired, aching muscles and general comfort, in the calm of your own home.
Regular blood pressure readings taken at home at a time that suits you, written down each visit so you and your GP can see the pattern.

About
I work as a Patient Care Assistant and set up Kose Health Limited in 2020 to offer the same kind of care privately, at home, here in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Most of the families I see are looking for the same thing: someone reliable and kind who turns up when they say they will, notices when something isn't right, and treats their relative with dignity. That is the whole job as far as I'm concerned.
I speak Turkish and English, which matters a great deal to Turkish families in Staffordshire who want a carer their parents can actually talk to — and who can help make sense of letters and appointments.
